How we can help

We settle sales and purchases electronically through PEXA and handle the contract review, searches, transfer duty, Titles Queensland lodgement and settlement adjustments. For buyers we check the contract conditions, finance and building and pest dates, and the Seller Disclosure Statement that Queensland sellers must now give before a contract is signed.

We also act in related property matters: easements, covenants and caveats, building disputes, first home owner grant applications, and transfers between family members.
